Studio Formation

Interior concept designer Carmen Overa and architectural illustrator Marco Sacro combined studios in 2016 after collaborating on a hotel rooftop bar concept in Triana. The Sierpes address places them within walking distance of historic mercado inspiration.

Team Composition

Six creatives include concept strategists, hand illustrators, 3D visualisers, and material researchers. No culinary staff appear on payroll; chef consultants advise on service flow as external experts billed pass-through.

Design Ethos

Restaurants succeed when atmosphere supports menu narrative. A seafood concept receives cool plaster tones and net-texture references while traditional asador concepts embrace charred timber and brass detail without pastiche.

Local Collaboration

Metalworkers in Alameda and ceramicists in Triana fabricate concept mock-up elements proving feasibility before clients commit to full fit-out budgets. Relationships built over eight years accelerate sampling timelines.
